Abstract

A healthy and aesthetic work environment is an important factor in increasing employee productivity and comfort. This study examines the application of visual art principles, such as color selection, lighting, and natural elements, in environmentally friendly office interior design. This study uses a case study approach in several modern offices in major cities in Indonesia that apply the green concept. The results of the study indicate that visual art-based design can create a more conducive atmosphere, as well as increase work satisfaction and efficiency.
